3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are to be made according to the following terms:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon agreement to commence services. This deposit secures the scheduled service date and covers initial materials and labor costs.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Final payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash, according to client preference.
Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Invoices will be issued detailing the services rendered and the amounts due. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid any disruptions in service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellation without penalty. This allows us to adjust our scheduling and offer the slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total service cost. This fee covers the loss of income and resources committed to the appointment.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.

In cases of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Gardener Belmont reserves the right to reschedule services without penalty. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes to their scheduled service dates.

5. Liability

Damage to property caused by unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for informing our team of any known hazards, restrictions, or specific conditions in the service area to prevent accidents or damage.
